Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food for various banquet events such as breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and special occasions.
• Execute production tasks based on the weekly BEO received.
• Conduct cooking, carving, and buffet duties as needed.
• Maintain and restock designated food stations.
• Operate kitchen equipment following guidelines.
• Adhere to standard recipes for consistent meal preparation.
• Assist in plating food items for service.
• Manage leftover food per management instructions.
• Ensure proper storage of food items.
• Keep work areas and kitchens clean and organized.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Experience in a refined dining or catering kitchen.
• Proficient in various cooking techniques.
• Familiarity with herbs, spices, and their usage.
• Ability to follow recipes precisely.
