    Maintenance Supervisor (Welding & PLC exp. req.) Description


    Our client, an incredibly successful and innovative start-up in the chemical manufacturing industry, is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in Framingham, Massachusetts.

    You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all electrical and mechanical needs for the production facility, including production batching equipment and machinery.

    To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in pneumatics and electrical control panels and be mechanically inclined, with fabrication and welding experience.

    In this autonomous and entrepreneurial environment, you will be able to put your fingerprints on product design and innovation with very little red tape.

    Maintenance Supervisor (Welding & PLC exp. req.) Responsibilities


    • Perform preventative mechanical and repair maintenance on production equipment
    • Troubleshoot equipment failures
    • Determine the root cause of issues and repair/replace as needed
    • Repair electrical distribution of manufacturing machinery
    • Operate and troubleshoot PLCs
    • Assist in the build-out of additional automation and control systems
    • Rebuild and fabricate small machine parts
    • Install and overhaul new equipment

    Maintenance Supervisor (Welding & PLC exp. req.) Qualifications


    • 5+ years of maintenance operations experience required
    • Welding experience required
    • PLC experience required
    • Solid aptitude in metalworking required
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
