    Job Description:

    The Program Management Admin Support candidate work location will be at California, MD supporting the FGS Division 21 Division. He/she should have excellent skills in MS Word and MS excel; with experience with MS powerpoint. The candidate must be organized and quick to respond to actions/data calls. Daily interactions will be with other PMO team, program manager, and deputy program manager.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    Provide support as needed to the Program Manager

    • maintain and Update data and files on Share Point site and internal files.


    • Create and maintain project briefings.

    • Assist in the development of Monthly Status Reports
    • Prepares task close out documentation
    • Uploads documents to multiple government and contractor databases
    • Maintains and updates Action Item lists
    • Maintains and develops documents at every level of a project in accordance with the statement of work deliverables.
    • Assit in the developmet of CPSR packages
    • Assist in the monitoring of sub-contractor deliverables


    • Assist with updating the resource allocation spreadsheet


    • Attend required meetings and provide draft meeting notes


    • Prepares reports and provides presentations for various project stakeholders


    • Create or Update documents using MS word, excel, powerpoint, project. Formatting and attention to detail are required.


    • Exemplifies high ethics and values, and works as part of a team


    • Ability to read contracts and determine requirements.

    Required Qualifications


    • Must be detail oriented


    • Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Power Point.


    • Organized and process oriented


    • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with sponsors, customers, and end users.


    • Ability to work independently within a small company environment.


    • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.


    • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written; capable of extracting key information and communicating in concise, easy-to-understand messages.


    • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.


    • Ability to multi-task among several assignments, maintaining schedules, status reports and all other required documentation.

    Desired Qualifications

    • Familiarity with NAWCWOLF operations and programs
    • Familiarity with Sharepoint/Intelshare

    Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree

    Security Clearance Requirements:

    • Ability to obtain Top Secret
