Description

A cosmetics company in New York City is currently seeking an experienced IT professional to join their staff as their new SharePoint Developer. In this role, the SharePoint Developer will be responsible for the management of SharePoint on-prem to online migration activities, reviewing current SharePoint online configurations, structure, & permissions, and providing recommendations to enhance SharePoint capabilities.

Responsibilities: The SharePoint Developer (Remote) will:

Provide expertise and solutioning support to business users and other members of the global IT organization to determine how to best implement, support, and use SharePoint from an ease of use, and features and functionalities standpoint
Oversee and set strategic and functional guidance, in the implementation and development of all governance, standards, policies, and security
Develop a network drive data migration to SharePoint with Office 365 team
Partner with various IT stakeholders (Network, storage, security, employee IT experience, brands, functional, and regional technology leaders) to architect and deliver migration plans
Develop custom sites, provide solutioning support on other Office 365 services, and develop workflows using Microsoft Flow and Forms
Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with End User Guidance and Solutioning Support
Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
Experience managing, and administrating Office 365 SharePoint Online and OneDrive environments, including migration from on-premises infrastructure
Experience configuring and maintaining SharePoint services and web applications
Experience designing/customizing, and updating SharePoint sites, contents, libraries, and Information Rights Management
Proficient with SharePoint and AD permissions
Strong SharePoint and OneDrive troubleshooting experience
Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and PowerApps configuration, and support experience
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
