Description

As a Shift Leader at our ISU store located at 647 Cherry St, Terre Haute IN 47807, you are the captain of our bakery day or night. You understand what it takes to be in charge of the night operations, by forecasting the business flow during a successful shift.

Your hands-on leadership style should involve building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and engaging with customers – it will also mean taking pride in knowing that your skills as a leading Insomniac contribute to a productive and enjoyable night for your store. Provide exceptional customer service and quality products to all our guests during their bakery experience
Support store leadership by overseeing operations during your shift, conveying essential information, monitoring production efficiency, ensuring the team adheres to company standards and procedures, and contributing to the training and guidance of team members
Prioritize and assign tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew team
Work alongside and provide support to the Cookie Crew
Maintain a safe, clean work environment for our guests and staff, following safe food handling practices
Handle cash transactions and deposits. DESIRED SKILLS/

EXPERIENCE:

At least 1 year of experience in a role focused on customer service
Point of Sale systems familiarity
Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, friendly, and patient attitude
Detail-oriented and driven by results
Ability to lead by example and inspire others
Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Legally allowed to work in the United States
Must be at least 18 years old to be employed$15 - $15 an hour
