- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field (required)

- Provide psychoeducation and skill building to adults and children referred by CCS (Comprehensive Community Services) in their home, school, or other community-based settings.
- Form trusting relationships with clients, allowing them to take in psychoeducation about trauma, normalizing their experiences, i.e., 'It's not what wrong with you, it's what happened to you'.
- Model and teach emotional regulation skills.
- Work effectively as part of a Wraparound or Recovery Team to assist clients to lead a more self-directed recovery journey.

Anu is hiring a part-time Adult/Youth Trauma Counselor to meet with children and adults who have experienced trauma and/or attachment disruptions, in order to help them meet their self-identified goals related to recovery from trauma and mental illness. The worker will travel to Barron, Chippewa, Dunn, Eau Claire, Pierce, Polk and surrounding area to meet with clients. This position has the potential to increase to full-time. This worker will:
