- Experience with Agile development and methodologies; web application architecture and development.
- Experience with design systems, shared component libraries, and working with designers.

- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Will be expected to be a "player-coach", where coding is also in important aspect of the role (although not majority). You've been a Senior Backend, or Backend-leaning Fullstack Engineer in the past.

The Content Platform team is actively building tools leveraging AI to scale and accelerate content creation, and to translate Khanmigo, our AI Tutor & Teaching Assistant, so experience with LLMs would be a strong bonus.

We are looking for an experienced engineering leader to help manage our Content Platform team, which owns all of the tools relating to helping create, translate and publish our content. This role will:

The target salary range for this position is $181,990 - $204,739 USD / $245,925 - $276,666 CAD. The pay range for this position is a general guideline only. The salary offered will depend on internal pay equity and the candidate's relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and job market data.
