Accountant Accounts Payable Clerk

Accountant Accounts Payable Pay : $23-26/hour

Accountant Accounts Payable Shift: 8am-5pm M-F (Onsite in Robbinsdale, MN)

Accountant Accounts Payable Job Overview: Inventory Receipts, Freight Tracking, Payables Vouchering, Expense Reports, Cash Disbursements

Accountant Accounts Payable Key Requirements:

• 3 Years minimum of accounting experience including A/P
• Microsoft Office Suite experience
• ERP System experience, EFI Monarch experience preferred
• Printing industry experience preferred

Accountant Accounts Payable Clerk

Accountant Accounts Payable Key Responsibilities:

• Record all inventory receipts
• Voucher all approved payables invoices
• Process weekly check runs for prompt pay discounts
• Setup new vendors
• Process approved employee expense reports
• File paid accounts payable invoices
• Backup of phones for receptionist while on break or lunch
• Backup of A/R function when needed
