Groundskeeper / Maintenance Associate – $16.50–$17/hr (DOE)

What will you be doing?

• Maintain grounds including mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, and general upkeep

• Support light maintenance tasks such as reading meters and assisting with small repairs

• On rare occasion, help with unit turnovers including clean-outs and preparation for new residents

• Respond to work orders and assist with basic upkeep of the community

• Support the maintenance supervisor with plumbing tasks such as identifying leaks or replacing simple fixtures in the residential office

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude

• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs

• Experience in landscaping, general labor, or property maintenance preferred

• Ability to operate lawn equipment

• Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus but not required

• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply but not required
