    Physician Medical Director Opportunity

    We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Medical Director to join our team at Concentra in St. Louis, Missouri.

    About the Role

    This is an exceptional opportunity for a physician with experience in Occupational Medicine and/or Urgent Care to blend their love of patient care with management skills.

    The successful candidate will spend 100% of their time providing direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure day-to-day execution of medical model collaborating with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure.
    • Monitor key clinical center metrics that are provided by Clinical Analytics and relate to quality outcomes.
    • Manage clinicians and support staff and comply with APC supervisory requirements.
    • Create a professional and collaborative working environment that promotes teamwork, quality, exceptional outcomes, and patient safety.

    Requirements

    • Board Certification / Eligibility highly preferred.
    • Occupational Medicine experience preferred, but we are willing to train otherwise qualified candidates in this area of medicine.
    • Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
    • Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university.
    • Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction.
