    General Summary:


    This position is responsible for quality control and performance review of marketing campaigns developed by HomeVestors' external advertising agency partners for seller leads and franchise sales.

    This role acts as the primary point of contact between corporate and the advertising agencies. This role ensures that campaigns align with HomeVestors' brand guidelines and objectives.
    The position is located in the Dallas HomeVestors Corporate Office and is a full-time (40 hrs/wk), regular position.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

    Campaign Quality Control:
    o Review all marketing materials created by the advertising agency to ensure they meet HomeVestors' brand standards and messaging.
    o Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for improvement to the agencies.

    Alignment with Objectives:
    o Ensure that the agencies marketing campaigns align with HomeVestors' strategic goals and objectives.
    o Collaborate with the agency on strategic initiatives recommended by the agency.

    Performance Assessment:
    o Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis to determine

    • their effectiveness as provided by the agencies.
    o Discuss and collaborate on suggestions for optimization based on the campaign results.

    Communication with Agency:
    o Maintain open and effective communication with the advertising agencies, fostering transparent communication and trust.
    o Address any concerns or issues promptly to ensure the agency's work aligns with HomeVestors' vision.

    Reporting:


    o Regularly report to senior management on the quality, effectiveness, and alignment of marketing campaigns with HomeVestors' brand and goals.


    Qualifications :
    Bachelor's degree (Communications, Marketing, Business or related field)
    Preferably five (5)- eight (8) year's experience with 1+ years digital management experience preferred.

    • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in written communications
    • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others and work on a team
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle a variety of tasks and to work and make decisions under stress
    • Demonstrated experience in educational technology and curriculum development
    • Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Products
    • Professional appearance, good organizational and verbal skills and proven ability to motivate a group or individuals to achieve excellence
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
    • Deadline driven with high accountability level and attention to detail
