Job summary
The Team Leader works under the supervision of and in collaboration with the Director of Residential Services to assure effective and efficient management of the daily logistical operations for an assigned group of Residential Programs (approximately 2 Sites).Responsibilities
- Ensures Quality Assurance visits to Residential Programs to include weekends and hours outside of 9am to 5pm on weekdays;
- Develops and maintains staffing schedules, monitors and approves payroll for all direct reports and provides supportive supervision to the Direct Support Professionals assigned to the Residential Program;
