Job Description

Your Future Work Environment:

As a Business Analyst / Technical-functional Referrer within the 'Banking' division, you thrive in a challenging yet friendly environment surrounded by passionate experts. Your role involves addressing IT projects with high added value, collaborating closely with client teams to provide innovative and future-oriented solutions in the areas of Credits, Risks/Compliance, and Means of Payment.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders
• Organize and lead workshops
• Elicit, challenge, and prioritize user needs
• Conduct studies and analyze requirements
• Define and manage project scope (budgets and milestones)
• Develop general and technical-functional specifications
• Understand system impacts
• Work closely with developers to oversee progress
• Participate in user testing and support
• Contribute to project backlog maintenance
• Suggest improvements for continuous enhancement based on business needs

Technological Environment: IBM Mainframe, DB2 / Java / C#

Besides project duties, you may engage in cross-functional activities such as becoming a trainer on topics of interest or joining innovation and digital challenges through our expert community. You can support colleagues in their skill development and share expertise to enrich our knowledge base.

Supported by your project manager and chosen mentor, you actively shape your career path by leveraging internal training and on-the-job experiences.

Qualifications

Your Profile:

If you have excellent interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and enjoy teamwork, this role suits you. You are comfortable with both functional and technical aspects, possessing expertise in IBM Mainframe and DB2. Holding an Engineering degree, Master's degree, or equivalent and having successful experience in a similar role, you aim to contribute to societally impactful projects with a mix of challenges and innovation.
