    Description
    Customer Accounts Representative (Light Collections)

    Schedule:

    • Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
    • Two late nights per week (11 AM–8 PM; never Friday)
    • Every other Saturday: 8 AM–12 PM
    • One week per month: 7 AM–4 PM + Saturday 7 AM–12 PM

    Responsibilities:

    • Make light collection calls (1–29 days past due)
    • Assist customers with payments, updating cards, auto‑pay setup, and login issues
    • Heavy collections are handled by a separate department
    • Provide clear, helpful customer service
    Customer Care Representative

    Schedule:

    • Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
    • One Saturday per month: 8 AM–12 PM

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle incoming calls
    • Assist with payments, account questions, website help, and title requests
    • Provide accurate and friendly support throughout each call
    Credit Department Representative

    Responsibilities:

    • Review lease and purchase contracts for accuracy
    • Make 10–15 outbound calls per day to dealers for verification or missing details
    • Enter customer data into the AHFC system and assign account numbers
    • File documentation accurately
    • No inbound calls; detail‑focused role
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree highly preferred (Associate's also considered)
    • 1–2 years of professional experience
    • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and attention to detail
    • Customer service, call center, auto finance, or data entry experience preferred
    • Must be flexible; schedules can change based on business needs
    • Mandatory overtime as needed (currently two Saturdays per month)

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $ $23.50/hr.
