Endeavor HCBS is hiring compassionate individuals in Glendale, Arizona who feel drawn to working with children and young adults with developmental disabilities.

We are currently filling evening and weekend positions supporting youth and young adults in their homes and communities.The Impact You'll Make
As a Direct Support Professional, you will help young people:
Strengthen communication and social skills
Develop independence in daily routines
Navigate emotions and behaviors in healthy ways
Participate in community activities safely
Build confidence and life skills for the future
You won't just assist with tasks - you'll help shape growth, resilience, and possibility.

Starting pay of $18.50/hr
Paid training and required certifications (CPR, First Aid, Article 9)
Flexible evening and weekend scheduling
