    We are seeking a FT Project Controls responsible for providing support to the Sector Manager, Project Managers, & Operations Team to ensure Branch Operations run smoothly and all projects are successfully monitored and performed from start to finish.     Responsibilities:

    • General:
      • Update and maintain the "Backlog Tracker" with forecasts weekly
      • Input Inventory (pick/return) tickets into CE weekly and assist with monthly count
      • Attend weekly branch, operations, and project meetings, take notes, and send out action items
      • Monitor DOT software and coordinate with drivers to correct violations weekly
      • Track department performance and branch data, updating scorecards
    • Coordinate with Operations Manager to complete the following:
      • Ensure the "Ops Hub" spreadsheet and schedules are maintained weekly
      • Assist with time clock review/approval for all hourly field employees
      • Assist with crew planning and badge requests
      • Oversee branch and project travel arrangements
      • Serve as backup for service work order and client setup
      • Track and populate weekly key performance indicators
    • Coordinate with Project Managers to complete the following:
      • Setup newly awarded projects in project management software (Buildertrend)
      • Ensure all required permits are requested/paid for prior to job start
      • Build Job binders for Superintendents/Foremen
      • Fill out Job Account forms and submit to Suppliers
      • Participate in "Pre-Construction Meetings" & "After Action Reviews" for all projects
      • Submit online project applications with Roofing Manufacturers (NOA, PIN, etc.)
      • Ensure submittals, reporting, and billing documentation is completed accurately and timely
      • Generate material Purchase Orders for Suppliers and Task Orders for Sub Contractors
      • Monitor job costs and investigate cost variances and incorrect charges
      • Administer project closeout documentation (schedule inspection, request warranty, etc.)

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • GED or HS Diploma
    • 1-2 years of project coordination and controls
    • OSHA 10 certification (or ability to obtain within the first 30 days of employment)
    • Knowledge and experience in contract administration and contract management (preferred)
    • Aptitude for continuous improvement in company processes and project management
    • Superior oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
    • Creative problem solving
    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft/Google Suite, ComputerEase, Buildertrend (or other Project Management Software)
    • Ability to adapt; flexible
    • Demonstrated time-management and organizational skills
    • Detail-oriented
