Job summary
Develops and maintains quality standards and specifications Plans and coordinates activities designed to ensure assembly testing and maintenance of engines are consistent with established quality standards specifications and regulations Serves as the primary manufacturing resource for test cell problem identification resolution loss reporting and continuous improvement Performs root-cause analysis other problem solving activities to identify effective corrective actions process improvements Creates implements quality control projects based on findings Performs specific engineering functions such as inspection testing engineering analysis to assure continuous quality over processes products within the company
- Bachelor's degree in technical field or applicable work experience Minimum Of 5 Years Of Aerospace Experience Associated With Quality assurance parts products Minimum of 2 years engine test experience associated maintaining engine test facility final acceptance testing FAA Designated Manufacturing Representative Experience plus Knowledge AS9100/FAA quality system requirements Knowledge FAA Part regulations Experience implementing improving quality management systems writing procedures preparing plans instructions conducting internal external audits
