Job Description

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Maintenance Technician in Boonville, Missouri. This is a direct-hire position and the pay range is $27-32 per hour, depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Assist other maintenance personnel as needed
Maintain facility including lighting, overhead doors, compressors, and electrical
Keep spare parts in inventory
Ensure belts and motors are in working order
Ensure that gearboxes, chains, belts, and pulleys are in working order
Reduce machine downtime

Experience Needed:

At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
Experience performing preventive maintenance on production machinery
Experience working with 480V, 3 phase motors, circuits and ability to read electrical schematics
Mechanical skill sets including piping, hydraulics, pumps, motors, and flow controls
Basic PLC troubleshooting experience is preferred
Minimum of high school diploma or GED
