    We are seeking career minded remodelers or construction professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career.

    This is a hands-on position and the ability to safely operate power hand tools is a must. Training is provided for the completion of home remodeling projects.

    Duties & Responsibilities:
    Consistently arrive on time in logo'd shirt and appropriate work clothing.
    Work independently or with a team.

    Follow instructions given by project manager/leaderFace each day with a growth mindset:
    taking responsibility for successes and failures, while remaining coachable. Follow Trustpoints on every job and with every interaction.
    Install products in a safe, high quality, productive and profitable fashion in our customer's homes.
    Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up dailyCommunicate with project manager daily about progressWork quickly and efficiently Positively problem-solve to manage and correct unplanned problems on the job Perform carpentry-related tasksPerform door, panel, drawer and hardware installationsPerform cabinet storage solution installationsMeasure, cut and install veneer and moldings (ISC, OSC, toekick, baseboards, casings, etc)

    Able to work in Montgomery and Howard CountiesSkills:
