A position as a Professional Care Match Housekeeper may be the perfect fit for you Although our company does specialize in eldercare, our housekeeping clients include private homes, senior living facilities, rehabilitation facilities, apartment buildings, hotels, office buildings and hospitals.

    It is our vision to be the best support system that eases pain for families going through the challenges of caring for their declining loved ones.

    We also work to facilitate opportunities for compassionate caregivers to work with those families and fulfill the dream for seniors to stay home affordably and safely with assistance.

    Having experienced all levels of care needs for clients during our years working in assisted living facilities, home care agencies, home health agencies and skilled nursing facilities, we have a clear understanding of what it takes to make a Professional Care Match.

    • We APPRECIATE our employeesResponsibilities For Housekeepers in Private Home ClientsPerforms cleaning duties in our client's homesUsing cleaning supplies provided to clean and disinfect areas Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floorsDusting and disinfecting surfacesPolishing furnitureCleaning lighting fixturesCleaning and changing bed and bath linensCleaning and polishing interior windowsDisposing of garbage and recycling materialsMeal preparationWashing dishes and cleaning kitchen surfaces and appliancesWashing, folding, ironing clothes, storing clothes on hangers or drawers as directed by clientConsistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging serviceSpecial organization projectsComplete client's shopping and performing errandsCaring for pets, as needed (optional)Responds timely to clients' special requests within job descriptionMaintains inventory of necessary suppliesAdditional Responsibilities for Housekeepers who work within Hospitality or Commercial settingsRestocking toiletries and other amenities in hotel roomsReplacing used towels and linensObserving the conditions of guests' rooms to ensure lights and electronics are workingResponding to guests' requestsResponsibilities for All HousekeepersAdhering to health and safety standards set by employersFollows departmental policies and proceduresFollows all safety and sanitation policiesReporting any damage left by guests to supervisorsMust have reliable transportationPerforms additional duties as needed within job descriptionAct quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencyPosition is Part time/Per DiemQualificationsExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesEnjoy working in a one on one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skillsAbility to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job related dutiesValid driver's license and reliable transportation every single dayValidated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive mannerAvailable to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekendsAbility to prepare food using all safety precautionsPrior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in home care environment preferredWillingness to enforce health and safety standardsSupportive and compassionateHigh School Diploma or equivalentTake pride in providing quality serviceAbility to pass pre employment and random drug testingMust complete all Covid 19 training and follow protocols put in placeWe are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
