    We are currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Care Associate to join the Landmark team. Here are all the details:

    HOW YOU'LL CONNECT

Delivers exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment to a variety of communities that goes beyond prompt, accurate, and confidential bank transactions to also include a positive, friendly approach to building customer relationships. Works in an environment where individuals are trusted to work independently and as part of a productive, successful team. Provides efficient and confidential service to customers through phone, e-mail, and chat and follows all compliance requirements and procedures. Promotes bank products and services using a proven format. Models Landmark National Bank core values.

    WHO YOU ARE
    • Bilingual (English and Spanish) required. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally through both verbal and written skills with customers fluently in English and Spanish.
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
    • Skills necessary to work independently within a team setting, including detail-orientation, and organizational and multi-tasking skills
    • Advance communication and customer service skills, professional phone and email etiquette is a must
    • Moderate level of understanding of basic personal computer programs (Internet, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
    Qualifications

    WHAT YOU'LL DO
    • Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating the Landmark National Bank promise that Everyone starts as a customer and leaves as a friend, which begins with greeting all customers and guests and addressing customer needs with prompt and accurate information and resolutions for customer concerns.
    • Respond knowledgeably to questions about all products and services offered by the bank.
    • Develops and maintains relationships with all customers and bank associates.
    • Address customer questions and concerns via email and phone including: unauthorized disputes, issue stop payments, basic account and debit card maintenance fixing errors as required, order checks, accept loan payments, assist in identifying transactions and balancing of customer accounts, and offer support with On-line banking services.
    • Serve as a liaison between customer and bank operations, including a basic understanding of all bank department responsibilities to adequately relay customer questions and concerns to proper bank operation department(s) when needed.
    • Have a working knowledge of current government rules and regulations, as well as all internal controls and procedures.
    • Engage in Landmark National Bank culture initiatives and team success activities, including Daily Huddles, leading when assigned, Weekly Rally Meetings, New Account Training (Retail), and Hoopla events.
    • Manage professional improvement through the utilization of the Quarterly Job Progress Plan and consistently meet Minimum, Target and Optimum levels of performance.
    • Utilize the 7 Step Conversation, including role play, completing Weekly Checklist, and including names on Needs Solved Sheets.
    • Implement all regulatory requirements and procedures and be current on all assigned training courses.
    • Represent the bank well in the community.
    • Performs other duties and projects as assigned

    • The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
