    Description
    Supervises and coordinates staff activities in order to serve patrons at Starbucks in accordance with corporate standards. Involved in coaching, training and developing team members. Ensures positive customer service through timely execution of service, accurate product assembly and cashiering. Assists management with cash control, special functions and catering. Participates in interviews and selecting staff, and provides input on disciplinary actions according to Human Resources guidelines. Assists in completing employee performance evaluations in a timely manner. Performs computer-related activities as required. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital.


    • High school diploma or G.E.D.
    * (4) years experience working in a hospital, Starbucks, commercial restaurant or other food service operation.


    • Ability to accurately follow oral and written instructions, and to accurately follow instructions in English.
    • Fluent in Spanish is desirable.
    • Ability to accurately give proper instructions when using, disposing, and mixing chemicals.
    • Ability to lift 25 lbs.
