Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to Maü's recipes and specifications.
• Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation to meet Maü's standards of excellence.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen team members to maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the kitchen.
• Execute various cooking techniques including grilling, sautéing, frying, and baking with precision and attention to detail.
• Monitor food levels and communicate with the Sous Chef to ensure timely preparation and minimal wastage.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations to uphold a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Assist in inventory management by accurately recording stock levels and notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.
• Provide exceptional service by promptly fulfilling customer orders and accommodating special requests as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a line cook in a fast-paced restaurant or culinary environment.
• Proficient in cooking methods and techniques, with a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
