- 2+ years within industrial plant experience (can be papermill, substation, electrical, plant)
- PE license
- Powerplant experience

- External Relations: Cultivate extensive external contacts that significantly influence project outcomes.
- Technical Leadership: Provide expert recommendations and perform advanced technical engineering functions.
- Project Management: Oversee large, complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring scope, cost, and justification align with organizational goals.
- Design & Innovation: Generate and revise technical drawings, inspect equipment, and analyze deviations from original designs to enhance system performance.
- Documentation & Safety: Manage comprehensive documentation, mapping, and safety protocols for the client's infrastructure, including hydro-electric facilities and power delivery assets.

A client is seeking a dynamic Electrical Engineer to lead and oversee critical systems and facilities. This pivotal role ensures the reliability and integrity of their plant and system operations. The ideal candidate will be an engineer with a proven track record in managing substantial engineering projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can maintain meticulous records and ensure all processes adhere to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation:
$60hr to $75/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
