- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies in line with the company's goals and objectives.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and develop long-term financial forecasts.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Cost Accounting: Manage cost accounting activities to ensure accurate product costing and inventory valuation.
- Audit and Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and liquidity to optimize working capital and financing arrangements.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- HR and IT Oversight: Provide oversight of HR and IT costs, collaborating with relevant departments to optimize spending and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, systems, and controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA (Active or Inactive) REQUIRED
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading and developing teams.
- Extensive experience in cost accounting and auditing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial planning and analysis tools and ERP systems.
- Experience managing HR and IT costs across multiple sites is preferred.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
