Executive Search in Information Technology
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be a key member of our product development team.

You will play a pivotal role in turning data into actionable models that our company uses to create new lines of business, as well as enhance our existing product line.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently develop and implement data models utilizing the Modelshop software platform.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in large, complex data sets.
Data duties will emphasize the secure handling, storage, and validation of large datasets.
Document workflows, create runbooks and develop best practice guides.
Interpret data, detect trends, and analyze results using statistical software packages.
Locate, define, and implement new process improvement opportunities.
Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to function as the key point of contact for intake of data analysis requests.
Be able to interface with various stakeholders from across all our teams.
Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.

Requirements:

Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
Technical expertise in data modeling and database design.
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
1-5+ years of experience in data related profession.

Data Skills:
SQL / NoSQL, ETL, Data Cleaning, Validation & Integrity

Ability to develop proficiency in model development utilizing the Modelshop software platform.
Python, Java, or other programming languages
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VBA, lookups, formulas, visuals)
Business Intelligence Software / Data Visualization Tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Technically minded individuals willing to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Must be detail oriented with strong follow-up skills.
Must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and respond with a sense of urgency as required.
Organizational, multitasking, analytical thinking, and strong interpersonal skills

Desired Skills:

Machine Learning:
Experience with machine learning algorithms, model development, and predictive analytics.

Technical Knowledge of Statistics:
Ability to write efficient code using statistical software libraries.

Business Acumen:
Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

Healthcare Experience:
Prior employment within the healthcare industry
