    Balance Staffing is seeking to hire several Electronic Assemblers to support our client in Salt Lake City, Utah .

    Our client is a leading integrated manufacturing solutions provider serving the fastest-growing segments of the global Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) market.

    Job Title - Electronic Assembler

    Location: Salt Lake City, Utah

    Pay Rate- $ $22.00

    Full-Time

    Schedule - Mon-Fri: 6 am, 7 am, or 8 am start time, OT & some Sat: 4hrs

    Job Purpose:

    · Performs a wide variety of electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or subassemblies per work instruction and/or drawings.

    · Point to point wiring per work instructions, diagram schematics, etc., Short/continuity test, Hipot test

    · Read, interpret, understand and follow assembly drawings, diagrams, and schematics to determine component parts and assembly sequence.

    · Test assembled parts to ensure functionality.

    · Assist assemblers in performing assembly tasks.

    · Inspect parameters on checklists

    · Perform other duties as assigned

    Education and Experience:

    · High School Diploma or GED

    · 1 Year of Experience of Electronics Assemble In Manufacturing.

    · Must have Micro scope soldering and component rework skills and exposure to most

    repair/rework processes.

    · Knowledge of IPC 610 and J-Standards and the classes.

    · Currently Certified in IPC or have been certified in the past three years.

    · Be able To use All Hand Tools, Solder Station, Electric Screwdrivers, and Torque Screw drivers,

    · Lift demand: Lift up to 25lb on an occasional basis
