Job summary
The Manager of Training will ensure that employees are trained in accordance with the policy and procedures of the Company.Responsible for maintaining Ryan Air customer service and cargo service standards.
Liaise with management to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for training required Station and support personnel in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- E nsures that all mail and freight received is accurately processed, including input into TakeFlite.
