    Spend the afternoon at LEGOLAND California. Grab a coffee in Carlsbad Village before venturing to the vivid Carlsbad Flower Fields or taking a swim in the ocean at Carlsbad State Beach. Whether its the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park or the Del Mar Racetrack youre interested in visiting, our resorts offer a convenient location where all the best attractions of our city are just a short drive away.

    We are seeking a hospitality professional to round out our phenomenal resort team and represent our Marriotts Westin and Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa. The ideal candidate is vibrant, positive, energetic, and team-oriented and focused on achieving their personal goals and every aspect of the guest experience for the position of **Busser**.

    The **Busser** is responsible for cleaning, set and re-set tables continuously, and assuming responsibility for station, tables and side duties.

    **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**

    Serve water, bread and coffee and greet guests by name whenever possible during the course of meal service.

    Stack trays properly for efficient unloading for stewarding and ensure proper safety standards at all times

    Perform set up duties as requested to include side stations, storage areas and food staging area.

    Perform general cleaning tasks utilizing cleaning to adhere to health and safety standards.

    Fold napkins for meal periods to maintain an adequate supply.

    Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests.

    **Requirements:**

    Must be able to speak and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

    Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Must possess basic computational ability.

    Must have Food Handler's Card

    Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

    **QUALIFICATION STANDARDS**

    High school or equivalent education preferred.
