- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position's sourcing requirements and develop strategies to identify talent.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates primarily for IT, Technical, and specialized roles.
- Be active in the community by attending job fairs and recruiting events as needed.
- Review and understand technical job requirement needs.
- Conduct initial phone screens, hold first interviews, and coordinate entire interview process.
- Identify potential candidates through networking, web sourcing, social media, and leveraging referrals.
- Support hiring managers as needed to open new job requisitions, create job descriptions, and complete onboarding tasks.
- Review, track, and disposition candidates.
- Maintain data and key recruiting metrics on each open position.
- Provide hiring managers with compensation recommendations, conducting wage analysis and ensuring offers are competitive and equitable.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Participate in training and professional development for managers.
- Coordinate and implement multi-state recruiting initiatives.
- Serve as a resource to applicants regarding employment opportunities.
- Review recruiting procedures and work as part of a team to recommend process improvements, cost savings, and customer service initiatives.
- Other related duties as required and assigned.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact in a cooperative and professional manner with team members as well as internal and external employees to deliver quality customer service and maintain valuable partnerships
