- Strong credit/risk management skills, ideally with sector/industry coverage in prior work experience
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to clearly and quickly communicate ideas and recommendations verbally and in writing
- Excellent analytical/quantitative skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong PC skills, knowledge of Bloomberg, FactSet and PAM systems a plus
- Experience in fixed income research and bond selection

Description
*Conduct credit analysis on corporate bonds, Residential Mortgage Backed Securities (RMBS) and municipal debt. Generate and present full credit research reports analyzing fundamentals and bond valuation.*Consult with other analysts; initiate and lead projects that improve the overall team's effectiveness
*Improve the credit analysis process by using newest technology, personal knowledge and other resources in order to improve investment performance.

Skills of the ideal candidate:
Minimum of 3-5 years in a position as a credit/risk/investment analyst at a bank, investment bank, fund, insurance company, rating agency or asset manager.
Certificate/Licensure:
CFA or making substantial progress towards
Offices are located in Oklahoma City, OK and New York, NY.
The position is considered hybrid with the expectation that the colleague is able to come into the office regularly/as needed.
Compensation range:
$64, $169,088.72/yr plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary company bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
