    Job Title: Assistant Community Manager at The Yarco Companies

    The Assistant Community Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the operational and financial success of the residential property while exceeding resident service standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Focus on leasing, marketing, and resident retention programs.
    • Support the management and development of residential staff for personal and professional growth.
    • Accompany pre-designated office hours to ensure effective community operations.

    Financial Responsibilities:

    Work with the Community Manager to meet/exceed budget goals, control expenses, manage payroll, revenue collection, and leasing processes.

    Ensure asset protection through apartment inspections, accurate record-keeping, and timely reporting.

    Management, Recruiting & Staff Development:

    Assist in interviewing potential employees and promoting positive resident relations.

    Supervise staff, maintain property standards, and handle resident complaints effectively.

    Conduct daily inspections to ensure property maintenance, cleanliness, and security adherence.

    Experience Requirement:

    Minimum of one year in residential management, customer service, or relevant experience.
