    We are seeking a skilled and experienced aviation finance professional to join GA Telesis to support HALO Airfinance, a Direct Lending Platform focused on the Aviation industry.

    Responsibilities:
    • Identify and negotiate aircraft and engine secured lending opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with lessors, investors, airlines, banks, and OEMs.
    • Support marketing strategies to foster relationships with key industry stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with GA Telesis sales and marketing teams both domestically and internationally.
    • Support pricing, structuring, and risk assessment of aviation transactions.
    • Support transaction management activities in coordination with legal, loan administration, and facility agents.
    • Facilitate smooth execution of deals while adhering to regulatory and internal compliance.
    • Coordinate funding activities with HALO partners and facility agents.
    • Monitor funding timelines and ensure seamless financial operations.
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • At least 5 years of relevant finance and transactional experience.
    • Familiarity with aircraft lease structures and documentation.
    • Proficient knowledge of all major commercial aircraft and engine types.
    • Willingness to embrace a high volume of consistent travel.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • 5-10 years of relevant industry and transactional experience.
    • Experience in credit analysis, preferably with a focus on airlines.
    • Technical acumen to evaluate and differentiate asset risk considerations.
    • Proven track record in the aircraft finance sector.
    • Strong network of contacts within the lessor, airline, bank, and OEM communities
