Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Ability to work under general direction and make independent decisions as necessary.
Excellent customer service and public relations skills, including a high level of phone etiquette and in-person reception skills.
Confidentiality and professionalism is required at all times.
Effective and timely communication skills.
Attention to detail and timeliness in completion of assigned tasks.
Knowledge of databases and computer programs.
Basic fiscal skills.
Ability to use computer scheduling programs.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects

Preferred Experience & Education:
Prior work in an office setting preferred but not required.

Required Experience & Education:
High school diploma or GED and enrolled in UA System.

Salary Information:
This is a part time, temporary, non-exempt, student worker position. New hires will be placed on the UA student assistant salary schedule .
