    Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time contract role within the Forest Lake, MN. As an RBT, you'll play a vital role in supporting the development and success of special education students within our school district.

    Requirements:

    • Compliance with local and state regulations for RBT certification
    • Experience working with special education students and their families (preferred)
    • Passion for assisting students with diverse learning needs

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the school's multidisciplinary team to implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with individualized education plans (IEPs)
    • Provide direct, one-on-one behavior support and intervention to students as outlined in their IEPs
    • Collect and record data on student behavior and progress, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of documentation
    • Assist in the development and implementation of behavior management strategies in collaboration with teachers and support staff
    • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educators, therapists, and parents/guardians to ensure consistency in behavior support across settings
    • Support the implementation of positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS) throughout the school environment
    • Follow ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in all interactions with students, families, and staff
