Job description
Beyond Autism Services is looking to hire enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Therapists.Beyond Autism Services is a collaborative organization that provides quality services, including ABA, Speech and Occupational Therapy, to children diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum in our clinics, homes and in schools.
Responsibilities:
Conduct one-to-one ABA therapeutic services to our clients in their homes, schools and in our clinics located in Havertown, West Goshen and Media, PA.
Implement acquisition and behavior reduction plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
Teach skills such as communication, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills through Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
Teach, learn and play with our clients to help them reach their highest potential.
Accurately record treatment data.
Engage in and ensure client safety.
Always maintain confidentiality of all clients as well as a professional conduct.
Communicate and work collaboratively with the Beyond team.
