    job summary:
    We are searching for an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager in Atlanta, GA (Midtown) to work for an industry leading company. This is a contract position expected to last a year and could be longer.

    responsibilities:
  • Support the definition and implementation of our Safety and Environmental strategy and track progress.

  • Support the global development and innovation team in the creation of a company Safety and Environmental Strategy

  • Lead the creation and implementation of Environmental, Health & Safety programs for labs and facilities.

  • Drive a safety & Environmental culture

  • Manage the safety risks and hazards program across facilities and implement mitigation plans.

  • Serve as system champion for KOSMOS; monitoring data for KPI reporting, validate safety-related data submitted.

  • Manage training program for Safety and Environmental requirements, including thorough job-specific safety inductions for new associates.

  • Manage internal audit and corrective action program including audit records with evidence of compliance.
