    Classification Title Temporary Technical Paraprofessional FLSA Non-Exempt UGA Job Code FTE .5 Minimum Qualifications Position Summary


    Worker will tag infrared trail camera photos to species and tagging deer photos to sex, age, and unique identifying markers.

    Both duties will assist a deer research project funded by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission investigating population-level impacts of Chronic Wasting Disease of white-tailed deer in northwestern Arkansas.

    Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position

    College credits pursuing a degree in wildlife management or a related field.

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies

    Ability to discern animals by species in photographs, record data accurately.

    Physical Demands

    Office work, sitting for more than 4 hours per day at a computer work station.
