    American Critical Care Services Home Health division is seeking an outstanding, highly organized coordinator to be a part of our team of dedicated professionals.

    Part-Time to Full-Time Monday through Friday

    8a to 5p


    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Prior staffing/scheduling experience preferred
    • High level of organizational skills
    • Computer skills required
    • Understands basic medical terminology
    • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to deal effectively with stress and the demands of the job

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Coordinates nursing field staff, calendars and schedules with clients/families to ensure optimal staffing coverage
    • Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication.
    • Guides on-call personnel with regard to staffing.
    • Demonstrates ability to accurately utilize staffing software.
    • Appropriate decision making skills
    • Complies with policies and procedures, federal, state and local rules and regulations
