We are seeking an experienced recruiter with a strong ability to source passive talent.The Senior Recruiter will manage a full-cycle corporate recruiting process nationwide and will assist with the development and execution of sourcing and recruiting strategies.
Please note this is a temporary assignment for 3-6 months. The candidate must be able to work a hybrid schedule, reporting into the office 4-7/days a month.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform full-cycle recruiting and sourcing for various levels of positions nationwide
Work effectively with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and recruiting strategy
Draft and publish job postings and descriptions using the firm's ATS, job boards, social media, and other advertising sources
Source passive candidates by developing engagement strategies for hard-to-fill positions while exploring new sourcing options and developing creative approaches to finding talent
Network to build active pipelines by sourcing passive and active candidates through innovative sourcing techniques, Boolean searches, research, database mining, job board searches, utilizing various talent sourcing tools including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Github, Slack, etc.
Support Recruiting team in building strategies that attract diverse candidatesCreate organized action plans based on talent gaps within proposed areas that require special focus
Screen and select candidates for testing and interviews and schedule interviews with managers
Prepare and submit recruiting reports to management that tracks critical data on recruitment activities
Able to attend college recruiting events upon request
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned and required
Experience and Skills
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required
3-5 years of experience in a talent acquisition role in either corporate and/or agency/search firm experience
Ability to recruit for a broad range of positions from administrative/clerical to executive level
Proficient in ATS and candidate management systems, and web-based HRIS (UKG Pro, formerly UltiPro)
Previous recruiting in financial services preferred
Proven track record with utilizing innovative sourcing tools and advanced knowledge of LinkedIn, Boolean search capabilities
Ability to interact successfully with all levels of corporate management
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various departments and levels of the organization
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision

Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range is $80,000-100,000.
