Our client is seeking a talented and driven Corporate M&A/ PE attorney to join their leading AmLaw 10 firm in its Bay Area office.

Our client also consistently ranks at the top among legal advisers to private equity buyouts in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
Your practice will be focussed on areas of corporate finance, securities regulation and corporate governance.You will advise public and private companies, investment banks and private equity firms on a multitude of legal matters, including leveraged buyouts, debt and equity offerings, initial public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), cross-border transactions, securities law issues and stock exchange requirements.
Annual salary range:
$295,000 – $400,000
