- Providing empathetic and reassuring support to distressed pet owners over the phone and in person.
- Collecting accurate information from pet owners to assist our veterinary team in providing prompt and effective care.
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensuring accurate patient and client information in our system, including checking patients in and out, processing payments, and maintaining records.
- Coordinating the sending and receiving of records from local clinics to facilitate seamless patient care.
- Collaborating closely with our veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication and patient care.
- Maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity to the emotional needs of pet owners during difficult situations.

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
