The purpose of Atos is to help design the future of information space.This Technical Expert reports to company headquarters in Irving TX and will participate in network planning engineering and architecture processes.
This role provides 4th level support on incidents and service requests maximizes network performance and availability by monitoring performance troubleshooting network problems scheduling upgrades collaborating with architects on network optimization secures networks system by establishing enforcing policies diagnoses troubleshoots resolves complex issues ensures high availability of services through redundancy failover configurations proactive maintenance coordinates activities among multiple groups ensure uptime provides on-call technical support as needed documents designs maintains proper documentation leads projects from concept deployment ensuring milestones deliverables met collaborates stakeholders gather requirements provide recommendations implement enforces security protocols monitors vulnerabilities applies patches updates mitigate risks ensures compliance with organizational policies regulatory standards architectures Next-Generation 9-1-1 services integration solutions between legacy NG911 products services analysis troubleshooting software development cloud-native Kubernetes Google Cloud Platform Microsoft Azure languages including JavaScript experience National Emergency Number Association NENA Voice-over-IP SIP RTP MSRP RTT HELD LoST ADR extensions ANI/ALI CAD CAMA trunking PSTN TCP/IP UDP DNS HTTP Virtualized Networks VMware Google Cloud Platform Azure Security NIST CIS NENA Object Oriented Programming Data Structures Design patterns application runtime performance memory management concurrency frontend frameworks Angular React modern technologies diverse data sources relational databases key-value stores unstructured data.
