    Responsibilities:
    1.

    Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure team members achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional service.

    2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the customer service process, streamline workflows, and enhance customer satisfaction.3.

    Monitor key performance metrics, such as response times, resolution rates, customer feedback, and sales conversion rates, and take corrective actions as needed.4.

    Collaborate with sales, marketing and other departments to align customer service initiatives with sales objectives and overall business goals.5.

    Handle escalated customer inquires or complaints promptly and effectively, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in resolving issues to the satisfaction of the customer.6.

    Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and customer preferences to anticipate customer needs and identify opportunities for business growth.8.

    Analyze customer data and feedback to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement, and recommend actionable insights to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.9.

    Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the customer service team, promoting teamwork, accountability and customer-centric mindset.10. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into customer service performance, trends, and opportunities.


    Requirements:
    1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.2. Proven experience in Sales Management, customer service management, or a related role. 3.

    Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.4.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members and stakeholders at all levels.5.

    Solid understanding of sales principles, customer service best practices, and CRM systems.6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.7. Results-Oriented with a track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction metrics.8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.9. Customer Service or sales certificates (e.g., CSAM, CSM, CSE) are a plus.
