    Join Thompson's Clinical Quality team todayJob ResponsibilitiesPrimary role will include activities related to Joint Commission Hospital accreditation, Disease Specific Certifications and other service line distinctions of excellence (for example:

    SRC, Excellus Blue Distinction)Assist to oversee compliance with other regulatory standards such as CMS, CoP and NYSWork closely with associates, management, executives, medical staff and the Quality Board of Directors to achieve desired outcomes of the system quality improvement programProvide oversight and guidance to ensure the system complies with regulatory standards and contractual obligationsMonitor data and activities to assist in the identification of improvement opportunities and riskParticipate in RCAs, committees and projectsOffer guidance and assistance with improvement effortsFacilitate Just Culture and encourage a pro-active approach to improving quality, safety and serviceEducationRegistered Nurse (BSN preferred) OR College graduate in health related fieldJob RequirementsAt least 3 years of hospital/clinical experienceRegulatory experience highly desiredProject management experience highly desiredTeam player but able to work independently with good judgement and prioritizationMust have solid computer experience (Microsoft office, EHR, internet, etc.)BenefitsHealth, dental, vision insuranceTuition reimbursement up to $6000/yearContribution and match on Retirement PlanFive weeks paid time offAccess to Success coachesFree parkingCompany CultureThompson Health has a culture of empowerment.

    Position Pay Range:
    $79,000-100,000/year
