- Early engineering involvement for new project development through NPI to mass production
- Drive day-to-day activities to meet overall project objectives
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Possess strong presentation skills
- Collaborate and facilitate communication across PM, engineering, quality, operations managers, to meet very aggressive cost, schedule, and quality goals
- Lead multi-functional communication between project teams and customers
- Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management
- Work with PM to establish pricing strategy
- Present FAI/Cpk data, PPAP report to customers and coordinate new part approval
- Understand technical issues and drive them to closure by bringing together key partners for decision making
- Work as a team to handle quality issues, rework from warehouse or assembly line as required
- Familiar with Window and CAD software, experience and knowledge in CFD software (thermal and aerodynamics) is a plus
- Good interpersonal communication skills, self motivated, team player
