    Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)


    Description:
    We are looking for a qualified, compassionate, and knowledgeable nurse to join us in caring, serving, and enriching lives.

    Maxim offers comprehensive training to all of our nurses to ensure that our nurses are confident in providing one-on-one care in the patient's home.

    Position Details:
    PED Patient


    Acuity Level:
    G-tube


    Location:
    Tempe


    Schedule:
    Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 7a-3p (DAY SHIFTS)

    About case:
    Patient is an pediatric female who is needing help 3 days a week. These are 8 hour shifts, The patient has a g-tube.
    This family is an amazing and a kind family to work with. There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to working for Maxim Healthcare Service's

    (We offer training for these skills if you do not have experience)


    Responsibilities:
    Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care

    Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs

    Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient's condition

    Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses

    Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned
