We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to provide quality support to clients in Bartlett, IL.This part-time position offers 20 hours per week, focusing on assisting individuals with daily activities and ensuring their safety and well-being in their own homes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, disability support or home health services,
with a strong commitment to patient-centered care and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing,dressing,grooming,and mobility support Prepare nutritious meals tailoredto individual dietary needsand preferencesMonitorand observe client conditions totreport any changes promptlySupportclientswith memorycareneeds suchasAlzheimer'sordementia through specialized techniquesUtilize equipment like Hoyer liftsor resident lifts safely for client transfers
