Job summary
The Sales Development Representative is assigned to multiple sellers to support enterprise accounts identified by Qlik as accounts in a territory that are either current customers or target customers,Responsibilities
- Maintain activities and related data in CRM system (Salesforce)
- Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitate communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
- Achieve goals by qualifying leads and identifying needs that can be addressed by Qlik products; passes lead to appropriate sales resources
