As the HR/Admin Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for team members assistance and information. This position will promote a culture of excellent service and employee engagement. This position will assist in recognition programs and events in collaboration with management to ensure a focus on improving culture and employee engagement. This position will support the company recruitment efforts and the day-to-day operations in accordance with departmental, property and company policies.

• Build and maintain relationships across departments, properties, and external as well
• Assist with interviews and the on-boarding process, enter employee data into ADP Workforce
• Process employment verifications, drug screening, background checks
• Maintain employee records to ensure accurate and complete history
• Assist with Company recruitment efforts, think outside the box as well as use job boards
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned and special projects as needed.

• Previous experience working in a similar role
• One-year experience in customer service
• Strong practical experience and knowledge of Human Resources operations in hospitality and/or service industry.
